Call Center and QuikOrder Internet Orders can be fulfilled using a 3rd party Point-of-Sale system. Order information is processed through a centralized server that provides menu and pricing setup, as well as and daily and real-time reporting.
The information is then transmitted to a 3rd party Point-of-Sale system and interpreted via an XML Interface. This interface allows users to fully handle QuikOrder and Call Center orders, including accessing store menus and pricing information.
To ensure the successful transmission of information, multiple servers handle the order information in multiple locations world-wide, with full fail-over capabilities in place.
